For more information please click here. The purpose of the NROTC Program is to education and train qualified young men and women for service as commissioned officers in the Marine Corps. The NROTC Scholarship Program plays an important role in preparing mature young men and women for leadership and management positions in an increasingly technical Marine Corps.
Selected applicants for the NROTC Scholarship Program are awarded scholarships through a highly competitive national selection process and receive full tuition, books stipend, educational fees and other financial benefits at many of the country's leading colleges and universities. As a strong supporter of science, engineering, and technology, Mercer University has established a scholarship fund to recognize students participating on a FIRST competing team during their junior or senior year of high school. Students selected as FIRST Scholars are eligible for $3,000 (non-renewable) scholarship. The scholarship is offered to selected incoming freshmen students with FIRST experience who are pursuing a career in engineering.

This program provides financial, academic, and professional support for students majoring in the sciences and mathematics.
